This is a common problem of every people in the world BLOOD PRESSURE. Many people have high blood pressure because of many things. Things that they don’t know that it can raise their blood pressure. That’s why I posted this to help you with your problem.

These are the 3 proven ways to lower blood pressure:

1. Do not smoke. This would really help if you want to lower your blood pressure. We all know that smoking affects our breathing.

We all know that cigarettes are bad to our health but why can’t smokers stop smoking? If you are a smoker, please stop right now; just think of the consequences that will come.

2. Exercise. This is a common but effective way of lowering your blood pressure. If you can run up to 5km per day do it. A 10-20 minutes workout a day would really help in lowering your blood pressure.

3. Sit and Relax. A lack of relaxation truly raises your blood pressure. That’s why people in offices have high blood pressure because of stress. You should relax sometime, take a break, sit and relax.

So that’s it. Just don’t forget also to have a healthy diet. It can also help you to lower your blood pressure.
